Found this hard - other posts on this forum warned me it might be hard so thought I was mentally ready. Found the first five minutes hard work. My legs ached the whole time - it felt like I was starting week one again. But I did it - now to tackle run 2 on Wednesday. Happy running everyone πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ
