I did it!! I was really nervous about this run but I just kept telling myself you know you can run five mins now. The first run was great, I really felt good. The second run got a bit difficult towards the last two mins so I slowed my pace. The last five were great. I'm feeling very proud of myself

so you should be feeling proud, you did the right thing telling yourself you can do it because you can!! Also slowing your pace helps, even now i just slow down sometimes a turtle so that a turtle can move faster. well done! you didn't give up and thats the main thing and another run ticked off.
