I started up beat, looking forward to the run and only managed to complete fully the first 5 mins of 1st run, 4 mins of 8 mins of 2nd run and it just got worse! 3 mins of the last 5 mins.. up till now I've done ok so feel a bit miserable now.

week 6 is a pig sometimes. Have a rest day then give it another go.

It can happen at any point......bad runs pop up at random. It is worth working out what was different in your preparation for this run, if possible, because setting it up for success is something that most more experienced runners do as a matter of course.
Have a rest day and come back with a positive attitude and it is yours for the taking.
