Off at 5.30 and completed my last run of the programme, whoop whoop....! M y target was to do the 30mn comfortably so took it nice and easy!

Thanks! Well, trying to improve on my speed would be a good thing, and try a park run when it is not so hot! but no in a hurry to push for the 10K or any Marathon!!!

Brilliant feeling, keep going you be there soon! Every time saw a post about people Graduating i never thought i would be one of them until I did that 20mn run in week 5 and then i knew i will be a Graduate too
