Absolutely over the moon to say that I’ve completed run 3 of week 9 today .🏃♀️🎓🍾
It’s taken 12 weeks, as I struggled a little at the beginning but as ever I was determined. I’m not fast by any means and just about at 4K mark but getting faster and steadier every run.
Going to give myself 3 weeks to consolidate before moving on.
Thank you to everyone who help with motivation posts . They’ve really helped me during my journey. To Jo too for being there all the way!!😉
