Well got back from Ibiza Friday evening pleased to say we had a good holiday.
Before I went away I was hoping to complete the last run of week 9 before I went it did not go quite to plan as so busy on the Thursday evening.
So on the Sunday I completed my last run of week 9 in Ibiza (one my original goals) and really enjoyed my run around the harbour. So that is 2 out of my 3 goals completed (1, run for 30 minutes, 2, run around the seafront in Ibiza and 3 run 5k). I still need to complete/get to 5k. I did another run as well on the Tuesday just because I could and it felt great.
I am amazed that I have completed the C25K, I am 53 and carrying extra weight. I think that I will do the 30 minutes for the next couple of weeks 9try and reach 5K) and have a think about what to do next.

I took a few photos on my first/graduation run, though I could only upload the one. I also had to delete a few as they were blurred ( kept running while taking pics).
Brilliant stuff! So well done to you and what a special memory to complete the programme in a different country. Good luck with the 5K, just keep running and it will happen!
Congratulations! What a lovely place to graduate! You already have your first post grad goal and that will give you a little time to think about what you want to do once you have achieved that x
Yes it was, to be honest as the weeks were passing I was kind of hoping to graduate at this time, (I had everything crossed and have run so slow so as not to put me on the injury couch).
