Thank you 😊 I’m still going to be running 3 times a week for 30 mins I want to try get a bit faster

in reply toClarebear73

Perfect. So long as you still enjoy it. I get up like 5am for my runs. It’s early but it’s so quiet and peaceful. Really helps with the running especially when it’s a lovely day.

I’d love to be able to run that early but I can’t I start work at 6 so I have to run at tea time

in reply toClarebear73

Wow. Working from 6!!! I moan at 8:30 😂 are you adding swimming or any other exercises? I’ve started to add cycling.

Clarebear73 profile image
Clarebear73Graduate in reply to

Yeah I’m also going to be cycling I’ve got a bike think I’ll be brave and ride to work next week

I’m also gonna try doing some weight training 💪🏼

in reply toClarebear73

Sounds good! I hear squats are great for a good workout. I used to do them and they were hard work. 👍

Yeah I use to do a lot of squats when I went to boot camp. They are a killer on ya legs and bum 👊

in reply toClarebear73

Boot camp?! Yeah but no saggy bum! 😂

In 2016 I use to go to a exercise class it’s called bmf boot camp it was outside in a park I really enjoyed going but had to stop going due to foot injury, yep definitely good for ya bum squats 😘

in reply toClarebear73

😂 👍 injuries don’t half get in the way!!
