I'm sure loads of us felt the same. I can remember trying to run for three mins thinking I was going to die, was sure the app had crashed as it felt such a long time!! But, I got there and I'm sure you will too. Just feel proud every time you run, because every time you do it, its a step closer!!
Well done! I think most people feel the first week.... stop/start and it’s difficult to pace shorter runs too
Nice one in getting started, and you’ve got the hardest run of the entire program under your belt. It gets better as the weeks pass and your fitness builds.
