Good on you , I've missed a few days into week 2 and itching to get back hopefully tomorrow, stretch after your run as I've made that mistake

It's w1r3 tomorrow and I can't wait. I've been stretching and everything seems fine now. Thanks for the support.

Good job on getting out there and starting the program. Before you know it you'll be at graduation. Achy legs are normal, glad to see you are taking your rest day to recover. Keep up the great work..you can do it!

Oh what a great journey you are on - you will love it and will soon be addicted. The sense of achievement is wonderful. After thinking at the start why am I doing this, I don't even like running, at W9R2 tonight I'm thinking 'I really enjoy running and want to shout it from the rooftops'

Enjoy every second of every run - take all the excellent advice on this forum - it's all fantastic!!!

I am addicted. Already signed up for Parkrun, which I'm targeting for early December.

Well done. Before you know it you'll become addicted to it!

I've just completed week 5 and feel like this is the new me. I too had achy legs to start with and would recommend investing in a foam roller (around £12 online) which basically gives you a sports massage to loosen those tight muscles. Enjoy the sense of achievement along the way with this programme - it's great!

Too late, I'm already addicted!

Thanks for your supportive words
