Cornishgirl I found it really hard when I first started the programme. Breathing was erratic and my muscles didn’t know what had hit them.

I never believed I would get as far as even week four
It took me more than four weeks, but as long as I kept doing the hardest distance - from the sofa to outside the front door all geared up for a run - it was, slowly and steadily, in the bag
This programme is absolutely unreal in it's effectiveness
