Well that was an interesting experience!

Hard. I did wobble a lot.

Cornishgirl I found it really hard when I first started the programme. Breathing was erratic and my muscles didn’t know what had hit them.

Slow but steady. Keep us updated on how you are going. 🏃‍♀️

I never believed I would get as far as even week four :)

It took me more than four weeks, but as long as I kept doing the hardest distance - from the sofa to outside the front door all geared up for a run - it was, slowly and steadily, in the bag :)

This programme is absolutely unreal in it's effectiveness :)
