Week 7 - Run 1

Struggled to get into a nice rhythm tonight.

Completed the run ok, but felt sluggish. That thing that ladies have to contend with each month probably contributed, but I was glad to get home and showered tonight and didn’t feel my usual buzz at all.

Oh well, I get to do it all again on Tuesday.

I commend you for attempting running and contending with IT. I whimped out of a run last week for that reason (did 5K walk instead).

Feel the buzz of making it to week 7!

Well done for completing !

I actually found w6r3 easier .

I struggled to find my pace on w7r1.

I'll see what w7r2 is like tomorrow 😁

Feel proud that you got it done anyways! It's a weird thing with running: that any run can be hard or surprisingly easy! (we don't always get better and better).

Just keep pushing!

We all get those runs that so t feel so good, they are important because we learn what we can do when it isn’t going well

The next run could be great
