Week 7 Run 1

A nice crisp, cold, calm night tonight, 2 degrees perfect running weather for us from the frozen north 😂! Anyway enough with the weather forecast, super chuffed broke the 5k 🙌🙌! Ok ok I know it includes the warm up and down but I don’t care 🥳! Now I’ve done this I’m just going to track running time only from now on! Thanks to Sanjeev for pushing me in the last minute 🙄🤦‍♂️😂
