Heeeeeey Guys!! Yesterday was my first attempt of running π for 20 mins π without taking a break π₯!!
I absolutely smashed it π!! I had my Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus π§ and with my playlist πΆ singing along the dual carriageway π£ xx
I listened π to all the advice given and they all really helped!! Thank you so much guys β₯!!
The mad part is I wasn't even tired π΄!! I was probably more tired π΄ doing 8 minutes π π and taking a break and doing 8 minutes π π compared to doing it all in one go!!
Has anyone else felt like that π€ ??
Thanks to everyone β₯ xxx

Many people find run 1 of week 6 more tiring than run 3 of week 5 because of its walking breaks, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but as I told you be careful about that run as it has caught out many people with its interval walks and runs.
Well done! I find once you arenβt doing as many breaks itβs less tiring because you get into your own pace and start to get used to it at that point, 20 minutes is amazing! Soon youβll be going even further xx
Hahaha it can be quite a shock, I remember nearly screaming in excitement as soon as Sanjeev said it was over! No problem, they really helped me when I first started getting into W5 so Iβm glad they helped - oooo very nice, Iβve changed a few of my songs too lately, which has helped me! Itβs crazy, it will only get better from here xx
Next week will be absolutely fine AS LONG AS you dont over do it, it is so tempting after this milestone in the programme to give it everything you have week 6, but as long as you pace yourself, you should be good ππ good luck x
Yay, well done BlondieCanRun5k ...running for 20 minutes is an excellent achievement and one to be very proud of!! I know what you mean about it being harder to run for 8 minutes but I think that may be because you're actually geared up for the 20 minutes, you know it has to be done so you just get into the right frame of mind...there's no stopping you now Blondie!!
