I can not believe it.. I did my 1st run of week 8 tonight 28 minutes.

Then I carried on running (not to long I'll add) I completed 31 minutes running and even sped it up a little..

Such a buzz. I never believed 8 weeks ago I'd accomplish this but now I don't believe I can stop.!

🏃 🏃 🏃 😝

Well, you could stop very quickly if you find yourself on the Injury Couch ☹️

As you're so close to the end of the programme it's so not worth pushing it. It's great that you can run further but the duration of the runs are there for a reason and you risk injury if you run beyond that.

I didn't push myself more than what I knew I could it was a relaxed faster speed for a few minutes.. This programme has set me up well to understand my limits I think..x

It's a great feeling isn't it; It gave me such confidence going into the home straight ( 30min ) that barring any unforseen hitches I would be home and dry with a huge smile. Go out and enjoy, at ease your last lap.
