Well I'm as happy as a Frenchman who has just invented a pair of self removing trousers π€‘*.
Only a few weeks ago running for 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 20 minutes nonstop all seemed like an impossibility. Now thanks to the programme and, in no small way, the forum, I've graduated. πππ. True I'm going slow enough to watch evolution happening ππ’ππ’, but for now I'm happy to be able to say "I can do running, me" πππ.
Thank you all who post support and encouragement, I'm off for a celebratory sherbet. πΎπΊπΈ

Yaaaayyyy John! Fantastic news, very well done indeed. Hope youβre enjoying your well deserved time on the podium and digging into those bubbles! πΎπ₯πΎπ₯
Well done sparkyjohn. Like you I have just graduated. I like the idea of rewarding yourself with a beer - that will definitely keep me motivated! no run = no beer!!!!!!
Well done John, amazing achievement, I hope to graduate soon too and also thought getting to the end of the program would be an impossibility but just shows it works πππ
Congratulations! Impossible is only ever a temporary thing... well done conquering that time after time. Enjoy the celebration and finding your next start line.
Congratulations!!! I am as incredulous as you and still smiling!!!
LooΓ²ved black adder! You caught my attention! After the difficult w6r1-2 i switched from the podcast (hated the music) to "my dad wrote a porno" and i ran and laughed each run straight into graduation!!
Whatever you need to fight the gremlins is good. I make my own playlists and after 9 weeks I'm listening to stuff I've not played for years. As for Mr B. more funny lines than Baldrick can shake a slug at.
Good luck to you too. Running and laughing, a cure for almost all ills.
