I feel very privileged to be part of this group!! I was a model that then discovered junk food and unhealthy snacks and really let it go!!
I am on my Week 3 Run 2 and I feel AWESOME 😊!! If anyone would have told me a few years ago that I will be running 🏃 for more than a minute I would have been like don't lie 🤥!!
Any tips and tricks for the week's commencing would be most welcome!!
