I feel very privileged to be part of this group!! I was a model that then discovered junk food and unhealthy snacks and really let it go!!
I am on my Week 3 Run 2 and I feel AWESOME 😊!! If anyone would have told me a few years ago that I will be running 🏃 for more than a minute I would have been like don't lie 🤥!!
Any tips and tricks for the week's commencing would be most welcome!!
Oh yeah does anyone know how to work the halfway bell 🛎 in the App?

My only tips would be go slow and make sure you are hydrating! It seems daunting but trust the programme - it sets you up to do the long runs, I promise! The halfway bell should just ring half way through your run as far as I’m concerned, unless I’m thinking of the wrong thing 😂 good luck on the rest of your journey!
Hahaha yeah it does seem mental looking at it! I try and drink 8 glasses a day all the time as I find that helps but I usually try and have a glass of water and a banana or a few strawberries roughly 30 minutes before I head off - however some people don’t have anything and are fine so it’s completely up to you! Hmmm, have you downloaded the higher quality of audio of your trainer? Or switch trainer and see if it’s a glitch or something that’s all I would suggest as I have no clue why it would do that 😬
Even if it’s that you just up your water intake slightly and still have cola, you’ll find that it helps you significantly in your run to be less exhausted! I have Sanjeev and he’s pretty good - more of a comedic coach but I find he helps motivate me when I’m at my wits end! I’ve heard good things about Sarah actually so might be worth a shot!
Songs are the key to my running honestly, I got like 3 or 4 as soon as they come on I can’t give up whatsoever 😂
Wits end is more like that last minute or two at the end of the run where you need that little push - don’t worry, it’s not hard I promise! If it makes you feel strong then mentally hopefully will make your runs stronger too! 😊

The last minute my brain 🧠 was like you can stop dude!! And just make up for it!! I thought 💭 nah man you carry on and dig deep and I did and I was so proud!!
It's just with this programme I've found that resilience that I never thought 💭 I had!! Which is AWESOME!!

When I'm running 🏃 it's more 90s dance 🕺 tunes or euphoric trance as I can step with the beat 🥁!!
I've been hooted a few times by ladies driving 🚘 past saying check you out 😂!!

I think people end up surprising themselves doing this programme because I was incredibly unfit before - I would say I'm not unfit anymore, but I wouldn't be able to do 10K tomorrow you know what I mean which is 10x than it was before so I'll take it 😂
Yeah fair enough! I found a running playlist through Spotify which was based on BPM but I can imagine you can get some good songs with some of the 90's music!!

Needed to pee much more now my water intake is up! I try to drink a big glass of water before I have a cup of tea each time! It gets easier as long as you keep at a slow pace which is right for you. I had to repeat some runs until I felt comfortable moving on to the next one!
