1. Although I felt like I was running slower, I actually got 2 PRs!
2. It was extremely quiet
3. I ran for 30 mins!
4. My LEFT knee and ankle seem to be fine today 😁
Negatives:
1. I've now woke with a sore RIGHT hip!
2. I was hoping to cover a little more distance (4.27k)
I know the positives outweigh the negatives and overall I am proud and happy with my run but if anyone has good advice regarding the dodge hip then please do share. I don't want another forced rest period when I'm so close to the finish line.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the links Oldfloss, I'll be sure to check them out. I've been doing knee strengthening exercises daily but I guess I need to focus on other parts of my body too.
The distance is great but sorry about the hip, try a few days rest and see how it goes and yes the positives outweigh the negatives. It’s all about the positives now, you ran for 30 mins for a start !!!! Take care, you’re nearly there! 💪🏼
Thanks Busylady. With every niggle I just tell myself it's all character building stuff and no pain no gain but in reality I think it's my body giving my head a wee wake up call to remind me I'm in my 40s not my 20s 😊
Lol! No excuse! I’m 50 and sometimes you just have to push those niggles aside 💪🏼 come on, you’ve got this. Nurse that hip and get back out there! 💪🏼 You’re doing so well 🎉
