So I’ve completed week 5 and felt AMAZING! Did week 6 run 1 yesterday and it really wasn’t my best😞 I felt so demotivated and deflated afterwards. Nevertheless, this is a journey and it’s important to share the positives and the negatives! I’m going to try and go for a walk/jog/run tonight but not use the app as I’m doing run 2 of week 6 on Tuesday. Just going for a run tonight as I feel a bit run down, think it’s because uni has finished for the year and I’ve finally had a it of time to stop what I’m doing and relax
Onwards and upwards, I’m still enjoying the program! Let’s hope I have a better run on Tuesday 😊

Don’t be too hard on yourself. Week 6 is hard. The high of running for 20 minutes is great then it’s tough going “back” to intervals. However, it’s all preparing your body and mind for the longer runs later on. And it does work - honest. I’ve never run a step before this and am now in week 9. Lots of it hasn’t been easy and I’ve hated plenty of moments but it does work. Trust the programme, you’re doing great. 👍
Don't worry wk6 r1 and r2 makes most of us feel a bit like that but trust the plan it's like that for a reason dint know why but it just works . Good luck x
