So I've now completed run 3 of week 7 so can start week 8 on Friday. It was ok, very warm this morning and I was melting by the time I got home - and that was at 7am!
When I think back to how hard I found the early weeks (I think everybody does) I can't believe that I have come so far. Now I just need to get some actual running hear as the old baggy t-shirts and loose trousers I have been wearing really don't go with "being a runner"!!!
