Just completed my first 30 mins whoop whoop! Week9 Run1. Very windy but I was determined. When Jo said 60seconds left you can do a sprint if you feel like it, I thought RIGHT! I’ve not had the energy to do that yet on my runs, so off I went. My head was obviously braver than my body and I was a bumbling mess of mass moving forward in a very uncoordinated way going hardly any faster than before. I thought I must have looked like a tarantula 🕷with dislocated legs on a treadmill. The thought gave me the giggles. Ah well onwards and upwards. Keep at it lovelies 💜

Thanks. Getting a bit scared about finishing the programme and losing the structure. Don’t want to delay but don’t want it to end. How are you managing?
🤣 Well done Joggingbottom! 🙌 Love that you nailed the run, went for the 60 sec sprint of joy and still had the energy left to laugh at the same time! 👍😆 That’s some cardio workout you’ve got going on there! 🤸♂️Sounds like another highlight for week 9, run 1! 👏🏻 So glad you loved it too! This run is starting to get a great reputation. 😊🏃♀️🐢
