Was due to do my final run yesterday but was rained off, hats off to all of you who keep running when the rain comes! A slower run tonight which felt a real slog at times but I kept going and have only gone and completed the programme🤩This is a major achievement for me because I've been put off exercise since secondary school days, am a bit curvy and tend to give up easily with this kind of thing! I really want to get fitter and take care of my health more so running is central to this for me! Thank you to all you fabulous fellow runners on this forum, this is just such an amazing encouraging community! For anyone starting out, keep logging in here and you'll get all the support you need! Onwards and upwards to the next challenge...to keep running and increase my distance 🥂😊

Congratulations! I graduated today too and am living proof that anyone can do this, it’s more in the head isn’t it? I hated PE at school, am the wrong side of fifty, and always joke I have a excess of gravity 🤣 but have actually found myself looking forward to the run days. Massive well done to you, let’s hope the consolidation phase goes as well as this first bit 🥳🏃‍♀️
