Well it was a wet run this morning but I’ve taken 3 minutes of my time but think they mite have something to do with the dive bombing seagulls I never run so fast

Congratulations on the PB... doesn’t matter if you were running away from those birds, you ran that run... all your hard work is paying big dividends!
