Starting this process during lockdown has been one of the most rewarding experiences. I have tried and failed so many times. Thank you for all the support. This forum really helped to know I wasn't the only one, with the same highs and lows. So proud of myself.

There have been so many challenges with the pandemic, but also some hidden benefits for a fortunate few. That includes those who have had unexpected time to tackle C25K which, in β€˜normal’ times often felt like one task too many.

To those just starting out: If you can get most - or all - of the way through the programme before β€˜normal’ life resumes, you will hopefully find it easier to include it as part of your daily life going forward - and once it’s become a lovely, uplifting and rewarding habit, you’ll wonder (like most of us) how you ever managed without it!

Enjoy your running!

Congratulations fellow graduateπŸŽ‰πŸ™‚ You have every right to be proud.

I agree this has been such a rewarding experience and this forum is an integral part of a journey which I never would have started were it not for lockdown.

Some positives to be found in this sad crazy situation we find ourselves in.

Me too, without Lockdown I wouldn't be here, just did week 9 run 2 this morning, and still can't quite believe I got this far!
