Well I can't believe this is now complete!!! Was not looking forward to this one as I have struggled this week, but I slowed my pace and stopped too much arm swinging and it just went along!!! No stopping at all on this run and the 90 second runs and 3 mins running seemed to fly by.
Go josie-jo! You're doing splendidly well. Keep those arms tight to your body and use them to drive you forward. Keep loose fists and definitely don't waste valuable energy swinging wildly! Just a little tip from an old git. There'll be more Old Git Tips same time next week. Don't touch that dial!
