Week 5 day 1 completed and felt really good, but day 2 I got through the first 8mim and walk ok but on the second 8mins got as far as over 4 mins then had to stop. Felt my knees where going to buckle and started to get a pain in lower back.. really thought I could make it plus the heat didn’t help🥺
I’m not giving up, I’ll take a rest day and then what do. Run day 1 again or just try day 2 again any ideas?
