All the runs in week 5 are different, that's the first time for you so it's not a mistake, run 3 of week 5 is a 20 minute run, don't worry about it, if you have kept to the program you will be very proud of yourself after you have ran run 3 of week 5. 🏃 😊

Week 5 is an amazing week - it's been a bit of a psychological turning point for me. Wasn't physically difficult but mentally it was a real breakthrough. Enjoy it and the feeling of triumph when it's successfully completed!
