Week 5 day 1
Well, I went and did it. I've been up almost 19 hours, my thighs and calves are stiff and sore, squats again yesterday, still feel a little queasy (I had a fainting fit this morning) but I've done my first run of the week and it's such a good feeling. I'd have felt that I was letting myself down if I hadn't gone as well as those who are supporting me. Am I becoming a runner? Maybe, just maybe. My little dog is loving it too
Shower and bed I think. Sleep well x
