Like everyone says, just keep doing what you are doing. Try not to think too far ahead and trust the program (after all, it works!). Keep things slow and steady and believe in Laura. All the weeks you have done so far are leading to this - you are perfectly placed and properly primed. Don't even think about the times, just keep putting one foot in front of the other until Laura tells you to stop. You have done brilliantly to stick to the program so far and achieved so much, just look back and remember how hard week 1 seemed. This time next week, you will be looking back on week 5, too and by then, you will be over halfway to graduation!
