Finished final run of week 4 today- delighted as I found it a bit of a step up from week 3. Five minutes initially felt like a lifetime but today I found it easier and feel ready now to move on. On to week 5 🏃♀️

I know what you mean, I thought I had run 5 minutes when Sarah on the app told me I was only half way through it. Anyway W4r1 down, so pleased you found it better today

I too thought W4 was a step up but last one is tomorrow and can’t wait for W5.

Oh well done hego. Definitely a step up from W3, good on you and encouraging to hear you found r3 easier. Good luck with your first w5 run. Look forward to hearing about it.

Well done, same for me! I've just completed wk5 and never thought I'd manage 20 minutes, it's such a clever programme! Keep going ☺
I'm just in week 5. Did run 1 yesterday ... not too bad but not easy...still dreading run 3. I cannot imagine being able to run for 20 mins! Any tips? Did you clock watch? Try to take your mind off it by thinking of something else?
I was horrified by W5R3. Didn’t help that I hadn’t looked ahead and was mentally unprepared. I didn’t manage it at the first attempt-did 13 mins, walked for 3 did another 5 but took on board Michael J’s comments at the end and vowed to give it another go. Bizarrely, this time I found it almost easy-I completely switched off from what I was doing and used the time to mentally work through a work issue. Before I knew it, I had 2 minutes left. Good luck with it and don’t beat yourself up if you don’t do it but praise yourself to the skies if you do!!
I am about to start week 4 first run today. Quite apprehensive as is a big leap to 5 min. Eeekkkk hahahha
Just take it slowly and steadily. I did my first week4 run yesterday and found it surprisingly not as bad as I thought it would be. The first 5 mins seemed to go on a bit , and the walks between seem short but my breathing recovered quickly and on the last 5 mins I felt I could have carried on when it got to the end. So good luck and keep going . You can do it.

Good luck with week 5 ... I did my first run of week 5 yesterday ... it was ok - a bit harder but manageable.

Sounds like more than plodding, W6 awesome hego. I enjoyed completing the run but was quite difficult in parts. Like you I am determined to keep going. Good luck with your run on sat. Look forward to hearing about it
