Very pleased with myself. Legs feel tired after 30 mins run but it's definitely about keeping myself moving through positive thoughts that get me through.
I won't graduate running 5k in 30 mins but I don't mind, I know I'll continue to improve (my pace gets a bit faster with every run) and I will keep working towards 5k

Many folk never reach 5K in 30 mins, even after Graduation...it is all about the journey to 30 minute runs...Take it steady and slow... enjoy your running and know that you are doing wonderfully!
So will you change your name, because honestly you no longer 'will run' you are running....
As Oldfloss says slow and steady gets you there, but sounds like you are pacy already....
