Only one more run to go!!! πŸƒπŸ˜ƒπŸŽ‰

Very pleased with myself. Legs feel tired after 30 mins run but it's definitely about keeping myself moving through positive thoughts that get me through.

I won't graduate running 5k in 30 mins but I don't mind, I know I'll continue to improve (my pace gets a bit faster with every run) and I will keep working towards 5k

You can do the last run :D I graduated week before last with a sub 30 min 5k, as an over-weight chain-smoker, these vices.

The program is amazing though!

Definitely get on the park runs, they are great, even if you walk, you get a time to beat.

As long as you keep going forward, every step is in the right direction.

Many folk never reach 5K in 30 mins, even after Graduation...it is all about the journey to 30 minute runs...Take it steady and slow... enjoy your running and know that you are doing wonderfully!

So will you change your name, because honestly you no longer 'will run' you are running....

As Oldfloss says slow and steady gets you there, but sounds like you are pacy already....

Brilliantly done
