W5R2 - Smashed It!

Absolutely buzzing after this morning's run - ignoring the lingering symptoms of my man flu, I got up early, set my 80's playlist nice and loud, and off I went. I missed the start of the first run (getting that music teed up just right!), so instead of two 8-minute runs, today was one of 7 and a half minutes, and one of 9 (!) minutes... and for the first time so far, I increased the pace slightly as I actually found it easier to run just that little bit quicker... and could have just kept going at the end, was sailing along!

Now looking forward with a bit more optimism than before to "the big one", Thursday's 20-minute run :)

Well done on the run 🏃‍♂️ well done on surviving the man flu 🤒

I did W5R1 today. It wasn't easy but not as hard as I expected. I'm just not thinking about R2 at the moment.

Well done!.. great stuff.
