Took an extra rest day after getting hailed on yesterday n getting back later than expected - just didn’t have the motivation to go out again 😕
However, that extra rest day may have done me a favour as today I broke the 2 mile mark! Ok, so that includes the walking bits but that’s still a milestone to me 😁
I settled into my pace pretty quickly but it felt a little faster than usual and I did wonder if I’d be able to maintain it for the whole run. But then around 20 minutes in suddenly it started to feel easy, like I could run forever, n honestly I was a bit sad to have to stop
So all in all it was a great run. One more run n then I graduate! 😃

Yay!!!! Well done you. 👏👏👏👏👏So just 1 more run. Just 1 more. Amazing to look back and see just how far you have come. Well done. That podium is all ready and waiting for you 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️😀😀👍👍
Well done Jill on hitting the 2 mile mark ! Sounds like a great run....good luck for your graduation run and your so so close....🏆 I postponed my run today as it’s been torrential rain all day and just couldn’t face it 💦
This could be my post... just completed 9:2 in wind rain and cold. No PB's for me as my time was lower due to running in the streets and slowing to cross roads... Ready for graduation on Saturday
Yeah it was pretty windy but the rain wasn’t too bad. Glad I invested in a waterproof jacket though, it works for wind too. Well done for today and good luck for your graduation run!
Congratulations on your PB. And absolutely brilliant going out today. You to jellyjac. I bet you feel amazing. I actually braved w9r2 today!!! I was full of the usual excuses not to go, but the inspiration and motivation on here made me want to go out. 😀
I don’t have Spotify, it’s just something I’m putting together on Apple Music. I think I can share it (when it’s done that is) but you’d probably need Apple Music to listen 😕
