A 20 minute gentle run, a 30 minute run just to make sure I still can, and a 40 minute run just to make absolutely sure 😂

Finally twigged this is for me.

Enjoy, that is the main thing, this coming week it's to get hot in many areas, especially England, Wales and South East Scotland, so get out running as early as possible to avoid the heat.

Yeah, I’m mixing it up with new routes and different times - I’ve done a couple of 5Ks but mostly just bimbling along smelling the roses without any pressure
