Well done! I honestly thought the same about the 20 minute run, but you’ll surprise yourself and complete it!👟

Well done.

Why are you not looking forward to the next run?

Do you not want to run for twenty minutes?

You do realise that the aim is to get you running for thirty minutes?

Be positive, look forward to the challenge and read this breakdown of W5 healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

You can do this.

I am looking forward to it, just seems a massive jump. Just know how tired I am at the end of 8 minutes. I will certainly try my best and if I dont get it first time I will keep persevering with the same run until I do.

Follow the link above.

W5R3 is the shortest workout since W3..........you are ready if you are running at a conversational pace as described in the guide to the plan

.........you did say in block capitals that you were not looking forward to it, hence my response.

I felt the same at the time, but the feeling when you have done it is amazing. A lot is about mind-set and believing you can do it. Has the programme worked for you so far? If it has, there is no reason it won't now. Believe in it and believe in yourself.

I've had to repeat a couple of runs but apart from that I've managed and do persevere till I get it. Thanks

The same way you’ve managed the other runs, by putting one foot in front of the other and just taking your time, remember it’s not a race, just relax and enjoy it 😊

Not what you're looking for?
