So after some minor setbacks I finally graduated on Monday and now doing 5k three times a week with tweaking the route depending on the weather, as today was a bit torrential and didn't want to be too far from home. Still ran in a down poor which did feel nice.
Current 5k time is around 31:30 minutes. At the moment I have been running on fairly constant terrain just wonder what tweaks I will need to do to deal with up hill gradients, as I would like more options with my route?

Congratulations on graduating from C25K on Monday, to get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the June graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃🏾
31.30 is a very good time for a 5k, perhaps soon you can run a sub 30 minute 5k, but the main thing is that you enjoy your runs. 🏃🏾 👍
