Did the 20 min run today. So amazed that I can do this. I was struggling a little at 15 mins but thought to myself, I have done loads of 5 min runs so I know I can do this and I got myself a second wind. I am continually surprising myself. This plan really works!!

Well done that’s a huge achievement you should be really proud of your self.

Hopefully I can say the same one day.

Well done you have got this.

I did it today too! Completely had the same experience at 15 minutes and then when 20 minutes was done I couldn't believe it!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒπŸΎ 😊

Well done to you. I felt the same when I did this run. Managed the 25 min run on week 6 run 3 this morning - keep going, if I can do it you can too. I kept telling myself only 6 weeks ago to run for one minute was a struggle. Just goes to show the programme works!
