I’ve only gone an done it. Run for 20mins straight and to think just 5 weeks ago 1 min was a struggle. I had the biggest smile possible on my cool down walk. Starting to think there maybe a fit person somewhere hidden in this chubby body. I even set my Strava to record as a run for the first time.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒπŸΎ 😊

Thank you for the advice. I’ve seen a few people saying wk6 is a struggle, so will definitely take that on board and respect the run.

Well done! It's a massive one. Be really proud of yourself. I told so many people I knew as it felt unbelievable. Most didn't know I was running or appreciated the achievement. W1R1 nearly killed me...so finishing W5 felt incredible. It is incredible so well done. :)

When Laura said I’d done it I was so elated I almost cried!

Well done to you for the progress you’ve made. Keep at it.

Thank you. I was unsure how it would go as I’m usually an evening runner, but should have gone out yesterday, but was too tired after work and the wine called! Wanted to get it done early today.
