Can anyone recommend some hip and leg stretches after the 20 minute run I did tonight. I walk 5 miles everyday anyway so I’m used to walking but obviously first time I’ve done this.
I have mild Cerebral Palsy since birth so need to have a good base level of exercise hence the walking but I’m struggling tonight with leg and hip pain. Funnily enough I find running easier than walking at times but my lower body is screaming 😡😡😡
