Over the moon that I completed the 20 min non stop. I’m doing it using the slow jogging approach -a bit confused about my pace though. Can anyone help? When I pressed stop on strava the pace was 10.41 by the time I saved it my pace was 7.27?

That's a very wiggly track. It doesn't look particularly accurate.

I think the GPS on the phone isn't very accurate so I wouldn't put too much faith in it. Also when you save strava runs it calculates when it thinks you were actually moving or stopped (this is made innacurate with poor gps anyway). Unfortunately once I got a running watch with accurate gps my pace got way slower than what the phone/strava was calculating before, so I wouldn't read too much into this data.

7:27 per mile is exceptionally fast. I can’t even do one mile at that pace. It’s like a 23 minutes 5k. The map looks totally wrong to me too.

Did you run that wiggly route?

If not, then your GPS is acting up.

It wasn’t that wiggly! 🤣 I shall just concentrate on being very happy that I slow jogged non stop for 20 mins and perhaps think about getting a more accurate gadget for tracking my pace. Thanks 🙏
