Birthday run yesterday in my new snazzy trainers 😅 the heat was not helpful but did my first full 30 minutes and was chuffed 😆 forgot how the card machine worked when I bought the trainers though... first time I've been in a shop in 3 months 😅

Yep it’s been very warm . I went out this morning and was so happy to see the rain at 7am. The rain keep me cool and with that , I managed 6K.
That’s what your going to experience in a few weeks . Now it’s One down and two runs to go .
Your going to smash it and at the same time, you will feel emotional at the end of run three . Your laugh and possible cry too because you have made it and shouted - YES - I did it 🌟
