Well, I never had thought I would get here, still being 22st and able to run that far is something I could never imagine. The runs make feel more centred and I feel great afterwards. it goes to show anyone can do this with hard work and determination. One run to go to graduate.

Yay! Whoop whoop? ☺ Just one more run. It's enough to make one quite emotional isn't it😓 It means so much to us, we know how far we've had to come to get here
Good luck with the final run. Hopefully it's just the start of a lifelong running craze for you and you'll run forever more. It does get addictive. Take care though, go steady ☺
Yes to both! I agreed a challenge whilst away with my friends and drunkenly agreed to run a 5k by 4th Feb. I am totally chuffed that I am at this stage already and will keep going and doing park runs until then to get a time under 40 mins.
I will then look at moving to 10K or possibly super sprint duathlons.
It's a running miracle to go from couch to running non stop for 30 minutes so well done you. I still remember the determination, the aches and tiredness caused by pushing myself to week 9 run 3! A year after graduating, I actually enjoy running (yes that is achievable) and I have kept to a three times a week routine - looking forward to your graduation run post - yay!
