Sitting writing this post has got me a little emotional. I never expected to complete the plan. I have started lots of excersise plans before and just gave up.
Running three times a week has enabled me to find mental clarity I never knew existed. My anxiety levels have decreased and I come back from each run a better person, a more patient mother and generally a more chilled out individual.
Here's to more running, more goals and an acceptance to being more present in the here and now.

Congratulations ππ»ππ»π your spot on about the mental benefits, the calmness and confidence go hand in hand with the physical benefits, Iβve found Iβm much more patient and happier. Enjoy your graduation day Stacyxxxx90π
Well done you! You should be rightly proud of yourself!
I totally agree with you about the mental benefits of C25K - they are perhaps more significant to me than the physical benefits. I started C25K at the start of lockdown and it gave me something to look forward to every other day. I didn't actually expect to enjoy the running itself, but I did. Now I love it!
I've just run 8K in the park with my bestie and my state of mind is calm and happy - like yours. I'd say 'keep it up', but just you try stopping it now - bet you can't!
