That was brutal! I've just completed week 6 run 3 with storm Ciara in my face the whole time.! I ended up running with my hand in front of mouth because it was taking my breath away! Lol I feel so good, like a machine who's got this! Thinking I may do this run again as it was so hard what do people suggest?

Well done Lynnie for doing this run in these conditions 💪

I’m at the same stage as you, having just completed w6 r3 on Friday ( in lovely calm conditions ).

So I’m not an experienced person to advise you if you should repeat this run or not, but what I would say is we have the exact same run to look forward to for all three runs on week 7 anyway. And by then Ciara will have blown through.

Anyway fantastic that you got through today ....very well done 👍

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, very brave of you running in the gale of Storm Ciara, where I am in Central Scotland, after a lull in the wind, once again its blowing a gale, I am hoping to get at least a walk this afternoon, I know a walk which is a bit more sheltered from the wind, I hope to do that one.

There's no need to run it again - if you've completed it once but it's entirely up to you. I suspect the reason it was tough was purely down to the wind - I bet there weren't many others out running this morning! 👍🙂

Well done, especially in this weather! I’d move on as *spoiler alert*.......

..........W7 is 3 x 25mins, so the same run anyway 👍😁

Not so much whilst I was out there but I'm still smiling now.!I didnt run when we had storm brendan and felt like I had missed out reading everybodies posts, so to run with storm Ciara was something I wanted to experience and yes it was hard but felt so good lol

If you did it in these conditions I would just move on to the next run!
