I remember how I was when I did this run, I was amazed that I managed it, great feeling eh! I think in terms of building your confidence and self belief, weeks 4 and 5 are just great! Huge well done 😃
Well done - I’m so glad you did it! You should be proud! I’m in exactly the same situation as you - except I haven’t done it yet. I’ll be running W4R1 on Sunday. (I can’t believe I just wrote that!) I trust the program, but every time I start a new week I do get that little voice of doubt, which I actually have to SHOUT away while I’m running! Once I’ve done that first run, I’ve been ok about the other two.
I was actually quite surprised that I didn’t feel as bad as I thought. I did pace myself and probably not running as quick as the previous weeks, but I can improve on that. The main thing for me today was just to get through it.
Well done. I too have just done it - I had doubt beforehand. But reading this forum and again listening to the advice of taking it slow I was amazed I did it. It was a great feeling. 😀
