I'm feeling really great πŸ’œ going to do run 2 Friday already excited the weather is beautiful as well which makes it a very pleasant experience. Was going to go gym and do it on treadmill but thought not while it's this nice x

You're going to love this programme. You'll be outdoors, getting fit and (depending on diet), lean too.

In less than two months, you could do a park run. That'll put a big smile on your face that'll last all weekend.

Well done, I'd like to say it gets easier but I've just completed my first run of the second week and I'm Knackered πŸ˜ƒ saying that though I love it and completing the first week is a great achievement ! Keep going girl ! πŸ˜ƒ x

Well done! :) And the nice thing is - if you are like so many of us, that wonderful feeling occurs many more times even as we run more often :)

It is Storming here again. I cannot go running for the umpteenth day. Cabin fever looming...but your cheerful post put a smile on my face and now you're response has reminded me to cheer up because there will be many such days in the future when this rain and lightening inevitably recedes :) Thank you :)
