At 58 years old and 2 stone overweight, I can't belive I've actually run for 25 minutes. 7 weeks ago I couldn't run for 30 seconds, so it just goes to prove the program really does work. Thanks for all the encouragement everyone. Looking forward to W7.

Hi, well done 🎉I'm 65 knocking on 66 and did week 9 run 1 yesterday, the podium is in sight. Just love my pleasant plods! Yes, amazing we can do this. Go you 🏃♀️
Of course the program works older runner, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6 of C25K, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3/25 minute runs 🏃🏾 👍.
