I was in the same boat a few years back, in my early 50s and suddenly shown the way out after 25 years with the same company.

I kept up my swimming as usual , getting up at 6.15 to be in the pool by 7, which kept me sane and gave some structure to my days.

After some months I did get another job, at a major academic institution, where I am still working. Albeit from home at the moment.

So keep faith. Anything is possible. And carry on enjoying the running.

Wow you've got a lot on your plate! Glad to hear that you are keeping on running though. I'm sure it will help to clear your head. Keep on going - that graduation badge will be a fantastic achievement and give you a real positive to focus on. xxx

Really proud of you here.

To keep going for you makes me emotional so well done. Week 7 you can find your pace and settle in. Clear the thoughts in your mind but keep remembering how far you've come and how you are achieving.
