W6R3 DONE!

Today's run went so well, I ran through the cool down again!  I cannot believe how much my cardiovascular system has improved.  I could barely run 3 minutes before without being completely out of breath.  Now I can do almost 30 minutes!  Feels good!

It's great isn't it.

The programme really works.

Well done for sticking with it.

I start wk7d1 today. Slightly anxious about it mainly because my shin bones are sore. But I will give it a go. Also weather dependent I might give Park run a go on Saturday. Feeling the love on here. Can't believe Sunday I actually ran for 22 mins x

It's such a great feeling! I hope your shins feel better!  How did the run go?  I am sure you did awesome!

Well done keep it up. Remember that the cool down is there for a purpose, to help dispersion of any lactic acid that may have built up in your muscles. So if you do run on a bit, fine, but then do your cool down.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Thanks!  My whole route is actually 4.17 miles so I get my cool down in :-) I even cool down and then run a little more.  I really never thought I would be able to run this long!  It's exciting.
