A really good run this morning and ran further than before and enjoyed it. But now I’m using Strava I realise I have quite a way to go before I get to 5k as I am really slow.
I did 3.8k this morning which was further than I’ve done before so still happy and I enjoyed it. That’s what’s important. I enjoyed it 😊🌝
So now to get myself to that 5k mark properly 🤔
Today was 35.49 mins at a pace of 9.23.

Well done! You'll get there soon enough! I start the run on my Fitbit app and there's the option for voice cues every half or full km, I find when I get told I've run 4k I'm more motivated to keep going all the way. Good luck with your next runs! x
I have looked at the Nike app and there’s loads on there but the guided runs have too much talking and it’s irritating. So I tried Strava this morning and it just told me each km which was enough for me but I got muddled up in my calculations 🙄🤷♀️ And realised afterwards. It’s different from the couch25k scoring. Was thinking about getting the Fitbit but I’ve decided on Garmin. Don’t know if that’s good or not but just too many options to choose from. 🌻
I know what you mean, and all of them claim to be the only app you need but it's never true. It's just finding what works for you I guess, now I know a route that is the length I want I'm using a traffic light as my finish line, spurs me on for the final stretch
