Well the motivation is slipping but I’m determined to keep this up. Went out this morning, it was a bit hotter than I’d have liked but as this is only my second consolidation since graduating 9 days ago I was feeling a little lazy and just had to get out there.
Changed the app to advise each time I reached half a K and this really helped, I didn’t find myself wishing the time away! Managed 5K in 34 mins so a bit slower than my final W9 but I’m still there so really happy. Now to knock a bit of time off!

Great 5k time! Have you thought about using the c25k+ podcasts to mix it up a bit? A few of us struggled in consolidation and I found they gave a bit of new purpose to the runs.
I have been feeling the same. Since I graduated I had only been out on 1 consolidation run then went out yesterday and everything went wrong so I gave up.
I just feel like I’ve got no motivation to go now. I’m gutted as I really wanted to keep going running 2-3 times a week.
I’m going to try to go out tomorrow and hopefully it will be more of a success than yesterday- it couldn’t be worse that’s for sure 🙈

I’m the same as you, haven’t been consistently running although I did manage my first 5k... not as fast as busy lady though, that’sa fab time! Mine took me just a few seconds under 40mins!
